about me

I was born in Miami, Florida on March 16th. We moved to Panama when I was 2 years old and I have lived there ever since.  I will be moving to Boston, Massachusetts in pursuit of a higher education. My extended family has lived a very nomadic life; most of us have lived in at least two countries. From Romania to Italy and from England to Colombia; I can't help but contemplate how I am a combination of so many different cultures and traditions that have entirely molded the person I am today. I have been taught never to “judge a book by its cover” and to embrace and accept the uniqueness in each and every one of us. It has encouraged me to welcome diversity and cherish the multi ethnic supermarket that makes our world worth beautifying.

Feminism isn't about making women strong. Women are already strong. It's about changing the way the world perceives that strength. — G.D. Anderson. ❤️

fashion

"Passion for Fashion" - though repetitive, true! Since I was 11 years old, I have always been connected to fashion; all I dreamt of was wearing my mom's stilettos and filling up her designer hand bags with socks so it looked like I actually needed somewhere to put all of my "stuff". I learned to design when I was really young and I always knew that it was something that I would want to pursue growing up. I have always felt that clothes are not just something you put on, but something that defines how you feel.

adventure

I have been to many places in the world; Africa, Dubai, France, Greece, Italy, Israel, Montenegro, Peru ... just to name a few. However, each place has its own beautiful charm. Culture, meeting new people, going on new and different adventures are all part of why I love traveling so much. One can't help but reflect on the fact that each and every one of us occupies just a small place on this earth. It truly makes you modest.

wellness

My grandmother (who is a personal trainer for seniors) always says that the key to living a long and healthy life is exercise. I do not think any differently. Staying active should always be a priority. Growing up, I was really skinny so I never really worried about working out and never really did. But as my body began to change, I started to understand that doing exercise was something that not only helped you maintain a good body physique, but would also help you feel much healthier and wholesome. I began to apprehend that life is all about balance!
